This property was completely gutted, and the internal layout reconfigured. The stairs were turned through 90 degrees and positioned against a feature wall. The cantilever steel stairs were fixed into a reinforced concrete wall for structural stability. The rear lean too extension adds a significant space to the rear open plan living space, and the glazed bifold gives a great view to the garden.
