Harvest Fields

This project in Roughley, Sutton Coldfield, combined a single storey rear extension with a full loft conversion, enhanced with cabriolet balconies for a contemporary touch.

The rear extension created a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a strong connection to the garden, while the loft conversion added extra bedrooms and a bathroom. Cabriolet balconies provide an elegant indoor–outdoor link from the upper level, flooding the space with natural light and offering elevated views of the garden.

The result is a stylish, versatile home that perfectly balances modern living with functional family space.
