Our client wanted to develop residential property on a clearing to the rear of existing flats, with the Priestfield tram stop beyond a thick boundary of foliage. With both good transport links nearby but also space at a premium, it was clear that the site would suit young professionals for whom compact but convenient and modern living would be perfect.
