New Builds
All of our New Build’s are bespoke and designed to fit the needs and requirements of our clients and their sites. Each site is unique – the orientation, topography and context differ from site to site and our bespoke designs reflect this.
Often, when we approach a New Build we put together a pre-planning application to outline the proposal and include the local planners at the earliest point to ensure the development is appropriate and minimise expenditure for our clients.
We liaise with planners to ensure the planning process is as smooth as possible and we can see the project through to completion.
