This project is a master class in brickwork. The builder on this project did not miss a beat. The double storey gables add a level of perfect symmetry to the rear elevation, and the Juliet balconies are a great addition to the bedrooms with their full height view of the clients’ garden. The extension to the ground floor had to have a splayed wall so the project conformed to the planners 45-degree code.
